Living at optimal physical wellbeing can be tricky. We’ve all been there – life happens, we actively try to schedule our massage therapy visits to accommodate our insurance policies; or we wait until we can’t ignore our pain or discomfort any longer before heading to massage. It’s a complex situation that is ever changing.
Many different equations can achieve optimal physical wellbeing – the combinations and levels of commitment are limitless, really. For example, lower treatment commitment to help ensure optimal physical wellbeing might look like a short term massage treatment plan reinforced by strong and dilligent, long term self-care practices. A higher treatment commitment to help ensure optimal physical wellbeing might look like regular massage therapy sessions and simple, on-the-spot stretches or physical activity to ease painful flare-ups.
